Lady Warriors season ends with District Playoff loss to Mount Saint Joseph

Sophomores Ryan DeOrio and Jackie Cerchio scored 7 points each for the Warriors in their season-ending loss to the highly-touted Magic in a District 1 AAAA playoff First Round game. The Lady Warriors, which were within 30-22 entering the fourth quarter before the Mount went on a 15-9 run, finished at 10-13 on the season.
The losses means it is the end of the high school basketball careers for Seniors Tae Ellis, Gabby Falcone and Kyra DuBost. The Lady Warriors are thankful for the years of hard work, hard play and great attitude these three players displayed.
