The Methacton Boys Basketball team defeated Christopher Dock by a score of 84-47 in the opening round of the Pennridge Memorial Tip-Off Tournament on Friday night. Chris McCarthy led a balanced scoring attack for the Warriors with 19 points. Joining McCarthy in double figures were Justin Ardman with 13 points and 4 steals, TJ Tornetta with 11 points and 9 rebounds and Derrick Ellis with 10 points. Methacton will take on Saucon Valley at Pennridge High School on Saturday night at 7:00 for the tournament championship.
