A massive congratulations to the Methacton Field Hockey team for winning the PAC Championship over Boyertown in a tight 1-0 game! What an incredible season for the Warriors, finishing with an amazing 16-2-2 record. Huge shoutouts to Head Coach Amanda Parrezzi and Assistant Coach Kelly DeWan for leading this phenomenal squad.

Other Season Accomplishments:

• Coach Parrezzi had her 100th career win against Upper Merion
• Maddie McKenney had her 300th career save against Oley. Her last save during PAC finals put her at 400 career saves.
• With her performance in the semifinal game against Pope John Paul, Lea DeWan became Methacton Field Hockey's all-time career assists leader, recording a total of 36 career assists.
• At the beginning of the season, both Lea DeWan and Maddie McKenney were named to the NFHCA (National Field Hockey Coaches Association) High School Watchlist.

The team was awarded the Athletic “M” award which recognizes the outstanding athletic achievements of teams that excelled in their sports during the 2025-2026 school year during the October Meeting of the board. 

Director of Athletics and Activities, Ms. Taylor Parker, Field Hockey Head Coach, Ms. Amanda Parrezzi, and Field Hockey assistant, Ms. Kelly DeWan, presented the Athletics "M" Awards to the Field Hockey team.
