Arcola Registration
All paperwork for Physicals (CIPPE) must be submitted online through Student Central. If you have any questions or concerns, Follow the Parent and Student Getting Started Guide to sign up/sign in. Complete the physical packet online, then print Section 6, have it signed by your doctor after your physical, and upload the signed form back to Student Central. The Arcola Athletic Fee is $50, Scroll down on the page linked above for payment options. Visit the team site under the sports season.
