The Warriors tallied a 2-1 home win against Owen J. Roberts on a cool, late September afternoon. Despite the wind in their faces the first half, the Warriors managed to possess the ball and create solid scoring chances. But it wasn't until the second half that Zach Stevenson managed to find the net on a rebound save by the OJR keeper from TJ Taylor's shot. Shortly thereafter, Parker Stevenson sent a low cross into the 18 yard box to the foot of Trevor Rambo for the team's second strike. OJR scored to make a game of it, but the defensive line of Luca Numerato, Logan Rambo, Ryan Sheridan, Nick Ahlum, Michael Cinelli, and Ryan Lloyd held steady, giving their opponents little opportunity to equalize. Midfielders Chris Meehan, Nick Dicciani, and Brett Eberly provided solid efforts to help secure the win and goalkeeper Brian Desvars helped preserve the victory with his consistency.
