Biography:
Coach Shaffer is a USATF Level 1 Certified Track and Field Coach and a certified strength, conditioning and S.A.Q. coach through the Bigger Faster Stronger program. He coaches the throwing events as well as working with the sprints and runs the strength training program. Coach Shaffer has been working with multiple sports teams at Methacton and they have seen a lot of progress in their strength and performance from this program.
