Join us November 8th for our annual kickoff clinic - MUST BE A METHACTON STUDENT OR OUTLAW WRESTLER TO ATTEND.

3 days of simulated in-season high school practices.  Each day will begin with warm-up running and stretching, include basic weight training, and feature technique expected of incoming high school wrestlers.  Campers will wrestle live daily.

Training Camp dates/times:

9:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. daily

5 days of intensive wrestling training including live wrestling, running and weight training.  Each day will feature a new clinician and offer new technique.  Transportation will be provided and Coach Maida will attend with the athletes.

Team camp for younger wrestlers entering grades 5-9.  This is an overnight camp at Gettysburg College.  Coach Maida will be attending the camp with our middle school athletes.
