Coach Shane will be at the High School track at 9:00AM on the above dates for those who would like to run with the group. Feel free to run on your own. Bring lots of water or sports drinks!
OUR GOAL IS 2 MILES IN 16 MINUTES.

2012 FALL TRY-OUT INFORMATION

Tryouts Start - Monday, August 13TH, 2011
9:00 to 11:00 am
AND
1:00 to 3:00 pm
***You must attend BOTH sessions every day***
MHS – MAIN GYM
-Have your Eligibility and Physical packet filled out
completely
(Packets available at the HS Athletic Office or online at www.methactonwarriors.org under “Files and Links”)
***YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO TRY OUT
WITHOUT THIS PAPERWORK***
-Be in shape, ready for a lot of physical activity
-Come dressed to play volleyball (athletic shorts/t-shirts/sneakers)
-Bring water bottles and kneepads
Summer practice will continue with this same time schedule, Monday through Friday until school starts.
The 1st day of school is Tues. 9/4/12. Practice will be everyday, times TBA.
