The Boys Freshman Basketball team bounced back in a strong way against Pope John Paul winning the game 59-31. After a close first quarter the team pulled away and took a commanding 26-15 half time lead. The team exploded for 20 points in the third quarter. Eric Kihle and Eli Bokunewicz had a strong game from behind the arc making 3 – 2 three pointers respectfully in clutch situations. The team get a strong performance on the glass from Dan Reiger who had his highest offensive totals of the season with 8 points. The team also got a strong performance off the bench from Ryan O’Toole (6 points), Tommy Rutledge (4 points), Brandon Klyce (3 points), Dan Volpone (2 points) and Harvey Smith. The team travels to Spring Ford 1/16/14 to make up their previously canceled contest, 3:30pm start time.
