Methacton School District utilizes Student Central
The online registration platform allows Methacton students and families in grades 7-12 to complete all required athletic department forms in order to play a sport for the district. All forms must be submitted and approved prior to any sport participation of your intended season.

The PIAA physical form must be printed out and taken to your physician to be completed and signed no earlier than May 1st of the academic year in which you are participating. The PIAA requires its form to be used; no other versions of a physical form will be accepted. Please click the link below for a copy of the PIAA physical form (section 6). Any physical forms other than the PIAA form will not be approved for athletic participation.
Physicals for the 2025-2026 season must be dated May 1st, 2025 or later
If a student has participated in a Fall or Winter Sport, they will need to complete the Section 7 Re-Certification by Parent/Guardian, which is available in the online Student Central Account. Recertification will only show as an option if a Spring sport is marked in the student's account. Please be sure to indicate your student's spring sport of choice.
