Warriors Roll Past Falcons
Methacton used a fast start and jumped to an opening quarter lead of 8-0 on the way to a 12-3 final. Brian Vawter and Matt Brasher led the scoring with four goals each. Clay Sobocinski had four points with two goals and two assists and Sean Aronow added a goal and two assists. Cody Ridgway, Eli Miller, Colin Pauline each added a goal.
Ryan Murphy had 11 saves in the effort behind strong defense that gave up only three goals on the day after holding the host Falcons scoreless through the first quarter.
The Warriors move to 2-1 overall (1-0 PAC-10) and continue their conference schedule with an away game against Owen J. Roberts on Friday (4/1).
