Senior Alexa Maloney poured in 4 goals while Junior Ellie Schmidt continued her stellar season with 3 goals and 3 assists to lead Methacton in a hard fought 11-7 PAC-10 win over Pottstown. Freshman Deb Peifer opened the scoring 5 minutes into the game off a feed from Schmidt to put the Warriors ahead 1-0. Schmidt, Sophomore Morgan Herber (Schmidt assist) and Maloney scored for Methacton putting the Warriors ahead 4-0 before Pottstown got on the board with 7 minutes remaining in the first half. Methacton and Pottstown traded goals to finish the half, Senior Megan Gehret (Sara Hughes assist) and Schmidt scored for Methacton, taking a 6-3 halftime lead. 

Pottstown opened the scoring in the second half with two goals before Herber (Schmidt assist) added her second goal of the day. Maloney added a natural hat trick to Methacton in the drivers seat 10-5.  Pottstown didn't go out without a fight scoring two more before Schmidt added her third and the final goal of the game giving MHS a 11-7 victory. Sophomore Sam Rothman had 6 saves to preserve the win.
