Schmidt scores gamewinner for Warriors in OT over Abington

Junior Ellie Schmidt took a pass from Junior Kelly Glatthorn and fired a shot past Abingtons goalie to give the Warriors an 11-10 overtime win. The gamewinner was Schmidt's third goal of the game. Freshman Sara Hughes also had three goals, including the game tyeing goal, and also added an assist. Senior Alexa Maloney chipped in with two goals while Senior Megan Gehret, Sophomore Casey Reid, and Freshman Deb Peifer each scored a goal. Sophomore Sam Rothman had a season high 13 saves for Methacton in goal.
