SPRING-FORD PRE-SEASON X-C INVITATIONAL: 0
The Spring-Ford Pre-Season X-C Invitational is a good opportunity to race against strong District 1 programs, such as West Chester Henderson & Downingtown East. The Team also raced against members of the PAC-10 League (Phoenixville, Perk Valley, Pope John Paul, OJ Roberts & Spring-Ford). The Team finished with 5 wins (Bishop Shanahan, Phoenixville, Pope John Paul, Spring-Ford & Twin Valley). Their 4 losses were to Dt East, OJ Roberts, Perk Valley & WC Henderson.
