BOYERTOWN AREA SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL: 3
The 2016 team started their season off with great excitement against the returning 2015 APAC Champs at home on our new field. Boyertown turned our excitement off four minutes after the opening kickoff. MHS put on their game face and returned the favor 3 minutes later with an equalizer goal from Kevin Conrad. First halve ended 1-1. Unfortunately, Boyertown struck again early, three minutes into the second halve, Boyertown smashed another long ball past matt Kenwood to take the 2-1 lead. The Warriors put considerable amount of pressure on Bears net but came up short. Boyertown would put another late goal in to win the game 3-1.
