Boys Varsity Track and Field Team Medals at Viking Invitational

The boy's track team competed against 25 other schools at the Viking Invitational Track and Field meet. Noteworthy performances came from Kevin Kennedy (Triple Jump) and James Rees (Pole Vault) who each earned gold medals for first place finishes. Nick Delaney threw his personal best in the shot put (46'7.5") to earn a silver medal.
Other medalists for the boy's track team were, Pat Hopkins (1600m), Joe Shomberg (Pole Vault), and Stephen Fiorentino who earned medals in both hurdles events.
Also to to note were the boy's Distance Medley Relay Team of Jacob McCubbins, Kewaune Walker, Mathew Schulz and John McGlynn as well as the boy's 4x800m relay team of Ryan Clee, Tom Duffy, Mathew Schulz and Curtis Watro who also returned home as medalists for the Warriors.
