On Saturday, Nov 2nd at The State Cross Country Meet in Hershey, Senior Maddy Ziegler became only the 6th Female Runner in the School's History to compete at this event. She is the 1st Methacton Female X-C Runner since Kara Steinke who qualified in 2013. Maddy placed 121st of 227 total Runners in the Girls AAA race. She completed the very difficult State Course in a very good time of 20:37.

On Saturday, Nov 2nd at The State Cross Country Meet in Hershey, Senior Maddy Ziegler became only the 6th Female Runner in the School's History to compete at this event. The 2019 Girls X-C Team traveled to Ivyland , Bucks County to start the Fall season with this local 5K run. The Team raced to the Team Award, a plaque and a Blueberry Crumb pie...which They enjoyed immediately. The "Varsity 7" was Sr Maddy Ziegler (69th overall), Soph Misa Kasparcova (89th), Fr Bipasha Moktan (97th), Soph Iris Gong (103rd), Sr Mia Seldon (110th), Jr Maya Leber ( 130th) & Soph Mackenzie Clark ( 132nd).
