Kelsey Watson collected a double-double with 28 points and 16 rebounds to key unbeaten Methacton to a 57-39 PAC-10 girls’ basketball triumph over Owen J. Roberts Friday night.

The Warriors, who face defending league champion Spring-Ford in a matchup of last season’s league finalists Saturday night (7:30 p.m. tipoff) in Royersford, blew out to a 32-11 lead by halftime and never allowed the Wildcats to get any closer than 14 the rest of the way.

Sarah Sherman knocked down a trio of three-pointers in the first half and finished with 9 points for Methacton, which was playing its league opener and is now 4-0 overall.

Leading the way for OJR (0-2, 1-3) were Theresa Walsh (10 points) and Caroline DeAngelo (8).
