Game summary
The 8th seeded Lady Warriors moved their record to 20-7 on the season and advanced to play another day with 59-47 win over 17th seeded Downingtown East. The Lady Warriors found themselves trailing at the half 28-25. They then put together a 11-1 run to start the second half and held Downingtown East without a field goal for the first 6 minutes of the half. The Lady Warriors then took control in the 4th quarter outscoring the Cougars 19-10 to seal the victory. Sophomore Jenna Carroll scored 11 of her 15 points in the second half. Junior Kelsey Watson grabbed 10 rebounds to go with her 15 points. The Lady Warriors will be in action again on Wednesday night against 12th seeded Central Bucks East at 7 PM at Methacton.
