Kelly Glatthorn poured in 21 points, 16 coming in the pivotal final quarter, and Jenna Carroll posted a double-double with 12 points and 13 rebounds to lead the Lady Warriors to an important 49-43 PAC-10 girls’ basketball victory at Boyertown Saturday night. The win was the third straight on the road in the PAC-10 and puts the Lady Warriors alone in second place in the Liberty division.
With the game tied a 26 entering the fourth quarter, the Lady Warriors (3-1 PAC-10, 4-2 overall) got the upper hand with a 23-17 advantage over the final 8 minutes as Glatthorn hit 7 of 8 free throws in the period. In addition to her other impressive numbers, Carroll contributed 6 blocks and 6 assists.
The team will play a non-league home game on Monday at 6pm against Merion Mercy Academy before heading to Wildwood, NJ on the 28th and 29th to close out the first half of the year at the Wildwood Boardwalk Classic.
