The Lady Warriors battled with Wildwood Catholic in a tough, physical contest and came away with a hard fought 37-26 late Saturday night at the Wildwood Boardwalk Basketball Classic.  After trailing 10-6 late in first quarter, the Lady Warriors scored 5 straight points to close the quarter and never gave up the lead.  Wildwood Catholic closed to within 4 at the start of third but Jenna Carroll ran off 7 straight points to put the Lady Warriors up 30-19 and in control from there on out.  The Lady Warriors were challenged with the task of containing  6'3 Michigan State recruit Kennedy Johnson and did a great job holding her to just 4 FGs.  Senior Jenna Carroll set a tournament record with 16 rebounds to go with her 13 points. Senior Kelly Glatthorn also had 13 points in the victory which moved their record to 6-2 on the year.

The Lady Warriors will now face 5-1 Sanford (DE) Sunday at 5:30pm in the Fran St. John bracket Championship.
