Jenna Carroll posted a double-double with 21 points and 12 rebounds but it wasn’t enough as the Lady Warriors fell to Manheim Township 59-50 in the AFBE Classic at Spring-Ford.
The Lady Warriors only lead of the game came early in the seconf quarter whn they went up 16-15 but then fell behind 28-20 at the half and never recovered, unable to make up the 49-37 deficit they faced heading into the fourth quarter. Also for the Lady Warriors, Kelly Glatthorn hit for 10 points, Ryan DeOrio tallied 9 and Tejarra Ellis chipped in with 6 points and 9 boards.
The win kept Manheim Township, which shot 18-for-19 from the free throw line and knocked down 5 three-balls, unbeaten at 15-0.
