Lady Warriors take down future PAC member Upper Merion

In a preview of future PAC members, the Lady Warriors Junior Guard Jackie Cerchio filled the stat sheet with 12 points, 8 rebounds and 4 steals as the Lady Warriors rode a late burst to a 57-44 nonleague girls basketball triumph over Upper Merion.
Down 38-37 heading into the fourth quarter, the Lady Warriors (6-4) used a 20-6 finishing kick to lock up the win. Junior Ryan DeOrio finished with 19 points and Sophomore Jillian Zerbe added 10 for the Lady Warriors, helping offset a 20-point showing by Tatiana Pleasant for the Vikings (2-5) who will join the PAC next season.
