The Lady Warriors went cold in the second half and couldn’t keep pace with West Chester Rustin and the McGurk sisters, Laine and Elizabeth who combined for 36 points Thursday in a 59-50 loss at West Chester Rustin.
Senior Nicole Timko led the Lady Warriors with her 24-point outing. Junior Mairi Smith chipped in with seven rebounds for the locals, who were done in by a 14-2 third quarter after taking a 41-36 halftime advantage. The Lady Warriors are now 2-1 on the season.
